Transport unit for baking tins

The in-house developed transport system consists of a chain-conveyor, a conveyor belt, and an integrated corner conveyor. Baking tins of various shapes and forms arrive from the feed-oven and reach the synchronising station via the chilling conveying track. At this station the transported objects are precisely clocked into the cleated chains.  The main drive consists of an AC servomotor with a low-backlash gear. The batch station is 5,500 mm long, and up to 6 different additional charger units can be added. While using the touch screen, the various programs can be stored.  In order to fill the blisters, which currently must be placed onto the transport chain manually, spring-loaded tappets must be installed between the two pins of the cleated chain. Since this system allows the processing of tins and blisters, high flexibility with respect to the product used, the type of packaging, as well as the batching device is guaranteed.
