A special machine has been developed and built for the cutting of biscuit sheets (the famous “Leckerli” from Basel/Switzerland).

The system consists of a transfer unit for the plates from the paternoster lift, a conveying device with a lifting table and the two cutting stations.

The system is operated and controlled via a touch screen.
