This system conveys baking tins over approx. 50 metres, from a discharge robot back to the puncher, where the small tarts are shaped. This creates a fully automatic return. An integrated automatic charging function for the puncher, 2 lifting elements for the bridging of the various conveying heights, a leaning station and the Z-shaped conveying track constitute the individual system components.

 

This conveyor combination is used for the semi-automatic filling of large containers. Individual components are operated as separate units and can be switched synchronously from one conveyor direction to the other.
